Together, we are helping to eliminate the carbon footprint of coffee roasting, end the cycle of poverty in the coffeelands, and build a thriving retail sector that empowers retailers of any size.
To create a more sustainable and equitable coffee industry:
Bellwether Coffee pays coffee farmers equitable prices that support a living income and invests directly in the farm communities where they source their coffee.
They advocate for the widespread adoption of onsite, electric roasting to significantly reduce carbon emissions.
